A one-nighter between struggling artist John and environmentalist Allison leads to a Las Vegas wedding, a hangover, and a quickie divorce. When they reunite to celebrate their separation, they end up under the sheets again, but this time Allison gets pregnant. Bound by the blessed event but not by tradition, John and Allison juggle feedings and fooling around - but not always with each other.
