A Vietnam soldier left for dead comes back 17 years later to reap revenge on Ed, the man who left him. Trapping Ed in sewer tunnels and killing him is not enough and the soldier decides to go for Ed's son, Rick. Using everything he can think of, Rick arms himself for the battle under the city.
