The film stars Alma Rubens, Conrad Nagel, and Béla Lugosi in a supporting role as Jean Gagnon. It was produced by Distinctive Pictures and distributed by Goldwyn-Cosmopolitan Distributing Corporation. A print of The Rejected Woman is preserved at the George Eastman House.
