An English gentleman talks to the Pink Panther, who is busy reading a book about secret agents. The Englishman suggests that the panther become an agent, which greatly interests the feline. The Pink Panther wastes no time finding a trench coat, and begins scouring the streets in the prowl for spies. In no time, he finds a group of foreign agents planning to detonate a series of black-ball bombs. When the agents realize the Panther is following them, they attempt a series of ways to thwart his pursuit of them.
