50 years after his death, the Musée national Picasso-Paris pays homage to Picasso through a spectacular exhibition under the artistic direction of Paul Smith. It is an opportunity to retrace the life and art of this revolutionary genius, intertwining past and present, the words of the women who were close to him - such as his beloved Fernande Olivier or Gertrude Stein, among the first to understand the disruptive cubist vision – and the history of a unique museum, born from family donations. To also ask ourselves about Picasso's legacy today.
