Mulk is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Anubhav Sinha. Shot in Benaras and Lucknow, Mulk is the story of a Muslim family trying to reclaim its lost honour after a family member gets involved in terrorism. The film was theatrically released on 3 August 2018. The film received critical acclaim and was a moderate commercial success. Mulk earned six Nominations at 64th Filmfare Awards including Best Actress Critics for Pannu and Best Supporting Actor for Pahwa and winning Best Original Story.
