James Hill was an American film producer in the 1950s and 1960s. He joined Hecht-Hill-Lancaster Productions as a producer with Harold Hecht and Burt Lancaster after working with them as co-screenwriter on His Majesty O'Keefe. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the fifth husband of Rita Hayworth from 1958 to 1961. Like Hayworth, he developed Alzheimer's disease. He died in Santa Monica, California.
