Allen Shapiro is the former Executive Chairman and CEO of Dick Clark Productions (dcp). During his tenure at dcp, Allen was Executive Producer of dcp’s flagship programming and oversaw the development, production and licensing of the company’s other high profile properties. Allen is currently a Managing Partner of Mosaic Media Investment Partners. Mosaic Media was formed as a talent management company representing artists and actors, as well as a production company.
