Synopsis by Maggie Sadler
After transitioning from male to female, a young woman named Tina (Carlie Guevara) decides to leave her native Mexico in pursuit of new opportunities and acceptance in New York City. With her grandmother in tow, Tina ventures across state borders without the proper documentation, leading to a series of unexpected trials that compound with the complexities that her gender and ethnic identity entail.
