Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Director Rudy Harris’ documentary chronicles a feat of athleticism while exploring the dynamics of a father-son relationship. In May 2018, ultra-runner and high school teacher Harvey Lewis III attempted to break the record for the fastest known time taken to complete the 2,190-mile Appalachian Trail. His endeavor was made even more meaningful by his 78-year-old father’s offer to be his crew chief.
