A French man of leisure nostalgically reminisces about a summer vacationing at Lake Geneva where he started an affair with a beautiful woman and befriended her companion a gay doctor. The titular character Yvonne (Sandra Majani in her only film) spends a great deal of the movie lounging about with no clothes on.
