In this spoof on Manhattan traffic jams, Benny in one cab, meets, woos and wins a lady in the adjacent cab, and then proceeds to locate a justice of the peace to marry them. He then argues with his new wife, and then anuls the marriage - all before the traffic light changes from red to green!
