Six patients have escaped from the lepers sanatorium of St. Lazarus. Galloping on their horses, they come to a small town to wreak havoc among its residents, fearful of contagion. The Townspeople are poised to fight them, but it will require the presence of Santo, the Silver Masked to restore peace again.
