Four business consultants traveling for a new team event in the Alps, to improve cohesion and cooperation among colleagues and to assess the leadership skills in psychological stress situations . There is a big surprise when they are then suddenly abducted . But they quickly realize that the alleged abduction is part of the trip and the framework for a role-playing game, where they can play to their strengths . Only the kidnappers take their job a little more serious than expected.
