Jimmy Wayne Collins is well on his way to becoming the next big country music star out of Blackwater, Texas. Jimmy and his rebel older brother Kyle are reared under the watchful eye of their father, local Sheriff, Pete Collins. Jimmy, Kyle and the gang of loyal friends constantly push the envelope in search of high-risk thrills. However, one night they pushed too far and the bonds of family and friendships will be tested.
