A small, counter-only restaurant is open only from midnight to seven in the morning. Its mysterious owner and chef, known only as Master (Tony Leung Ka-Fai), has no menu but will make anything the customer asks for. Through the years, people from all over come to the Midnight Diner to share their stories, taste Master’s delicious home cooking, and leave feeling refreshed and full.
