Justin Hires is an American actor and stand-up comedian. Hires was known for portraying the role of Detective James Carter on the CBS television series Rush Hour. He also portrayed the supporting role of Juario in the 2012 action-comedy film 21 Jump Street. He currently stars as Wilt Bozer in the MacGyver reboot series on CBS.
