Carl Harvey Greenblatt is an American screenwriter, producer, storyboard artist and voice actor. He has worked on the Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants, and on the Cartoon Network's The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne. He is best known as the creator of Cartoon Network's Chowder, Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks, and creator and executive producer of Jellystone!, a new Hanna-Barbera animated series for HBO Max and produced by Warner Bros. Animation.
