Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV is an American animator, YouTuber, illustrator, and voice actor, best known for creating Nickelodeon's The Fairly OddParents, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Bunsen Is a Beast, Abby Hatcher, Danny Phantom, and Raven's Home. Hartman also owns a production company, Billionfold Inc., which he uses primarily to produce his shows. Hartman was an executive producer on The Fairly OddParents for the entirety of its 16-year run.
