Synopsis by Jonathan Crow

Die Hard meets Swiri in this heart-pounding, two-fisted action flick based on a book by former animator Yuichi Shinpo. The film opens with close friends Togashi (Yuji Oda) and Yoshioka (Ken Ishiguro), who work at Japan's largest dam, venturing off when they hear that a group of hikers are in trouble. They find the hikers, but Yoshioka trips and breaks his leg. As Togashi rushes back to the dam to get help, he gets caught in a freak snowstorm with whiteout conditions. He manages to make it back to the dam alive, but his comrade does not. Two months later, Yoshioka's comely fiancée (Nanako Matsushima) visits the remote dam to see the place where her lover died. Just as she and her chaperon are driving through a tunnel en route to the dam, a band of black-clad baddies shoot her escort and kidnap her. This nefarious group are terrorists bent on taking over the dam, taking all the employs hostage, and demanding five billion yen in exchange for not unleashing a lethal torrent on the valley below. Only Togashi, who is waiting at the spot where Yoshioka died, is not captured. Will he save the day?
