Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Hayden Stevenson, a supporting actor who had done so well in the title-role of Blake of Scotland Yard, was called into serial service once again with The Diamond Master, a remake of a 1921 chapterplay The Diamond Queen. A formula to manufacture synthetic diamonds is once again the centerpiece of a furious battle between good -- personified by Stevenson and lovely Louise Lorraine, the daughter of the inventor -- and evil, represented by the greedy Randolph Latham (Al Hart). The only thing oppulent about this below-average chapterplay is the name of the protagonist: Mark Van Cortland Wynne.
