A former gangster (Lino Ventura) comes out of retirement to help a petty thief (Jean Lefevbre) in this Gallic gangster comedy. Lino and his friend are confronted by a gang of long-haired British bikers who are after the money. Gadgets that are reminiscent of Bond-style spy films are used effectively as sight gags.
