Plot Synopsis by Carrie Downes

Mona Smith produced this short film for the Minnesota American Indian AIDS Task Force as a means of addressing the culturally sensitive issue of homophobia within the Native American community. The film features personal interviews with Native American lesbians and gay men who discuss both the positive aspects of being Native American and homosexual, as well as the impact of the culture's homophobia on their lives.
