One look at the title and vintage of this film, and it isn't hard to figure that we're dealing with what used to be called a "nudie cutie." Ah, but there's a gimmick. Seems that the artist of the title has been around so many undraped women during business hours, that he's only sexually aroused when a girl is fully clothed! Thus, his jealous wife sees to it that he is surrounded at all times by naked ladies. Ha ha, ho ho, that's rich.
