The colors explode off of the screen on the disc for this classic French musical. The gorgeous print is presented in widescreen (anamorphic) with an aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The French language soundtrack is in 2.0 Dolby Digital Surround and there are optional English subtitles and English captions for the hearing impaired. The only extra feature included are theatrical trailers for Purple Noon, Belle de Jour, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Though slim on the extras, the beautiful print more than makes up for this oversight.
