Jack Smight's adaptation of William Goldman's dark comedy No Way to Treat a Lady comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. English subtitles are accessible. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence. Paramount deserves credit for releasing this older title with such strong visual quality, but there is little else on this disc of interest to the average DVD consumer. |
