More Dead Than Alive
Description by Bruce Eder

MGM/UA has tried to treat More Dead Than Alive as an important film, giving it both a full-screen and letterboxed presentation. The latter, masked to 1.85:1, is to be preferred, for although the masking cuts off picture information on the top and bottom, it also makes the image less constricted on the sides and frames the action better. The transfer is very good, with excellent color and detail, and a healthy audio track as well, and the makers have included the trailer, which makes the movie seem more exciting than it is. They've also given it a very generous 20 chapters, which are easily accessible by way of a simple two-layer menu that opens automatically on start-up.
